Candles are poured into reusable containers for an eco-friendly advantage. Each candle is made with soy wax that is harvested in the USA. Complete with lead-free cotton-braided wicks and phthalate-free scent oils. **During the first burn, allow the candle to melt to the edges of the bowl. Failure to do so can result in tunneling and poor burn times.

What are your candles made of?

GMW Candles are made from US-grown soybeans which produce an all-natural soy wax. GMW wicks are a high quality, flat braided cotton helping to insure a consistent burn.
Burning your candle for the first time?

As a general rule of thumb, allow 1-hour burn time for each inch of diameter. A 3" candle would be a 3-hour initial burn. If you don't allow the candle to burn long enough for the wax to melt to the edge of the container, it will form a pool. Once this pool is formed the candle will continue to tunnel for the life of the candle.
Should I trim my wick?

Yes - You can use a wick trimmer or just pinching off the black wick residue will work, too.
How long will my candle last?

There are many variables to how long your candles will burn. In following our candle burning guidelines, you should expect to get the following burn times. 4oz. Candle will burn approximately 25 hours 8oz. Candle will burn approximately 50 hours
